We are currently looking for potential candidates that would like to work in a multinational company
and in strategical project, which may start by July, 2014, as a pre-selection process we are looking
for project managers with the following skills:
- Managed E2E the delivery process from Customer to Software Factory
- Strong communication and negotiation skill with Customer and Company C Level
- Knowledge in Agile Process
- PMP
- Fluent in English
- Lives in Curitiba - Brazil or willing to live there
- Previous knowledge in how to manage and monitor the P&L (Profit and Loss)
- Knowledge in methods and procedures to seek for productivity improvements
- Knowledge in BSS (Billing System) and SOA (Service Oriented Architecture)
- Spanhish desirable
- Has been worked in projects which adopts near shore model (software factory)
- Knows how to do farming at customer site in order to increase the revenue
